approximately $550 with ALL utilities included (internet will be extra – less than $20). The apartment is on the ground level in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, with beautiful landscaping and a porch
(including a grill). It is mostly furnished, except for the
extra bedroom. Kitchen has a dishwasher and garbage
disposal; the washer and dryer are in the building and on
the same floor; parking is free and easy to find (it's about
a 15 minute drive to the med school campus). You will
