Howdy!
I am looking for another student to take a bedroom in a 3-bedroom house in South Philly. I'll be bringing my car so carpooling with me to class is an option. There is a semi-finished basement for an office or we can use the third bedroom for this purpose. The rent is negotiable, but I'm thinking about $450.
