Does anybody know if the Broad St Area around Godfrey is a good neighborhood to live in? Also, if anybody is interested in getting a place around there, let me know because I was looking for male rommate(s). Thanks.

I think you are also not from the phili area and both of us are getting confused about what area and apartments are good. Theres only so much you can learn from websites!
But I was wondering if you had any places in mind. I think i have narrowed my search down to the greater phili area (like east falls, manayunk, roxborough). Center city seems too expensive. I will let you know if I come across something cool!

Yea, one of my friends said those are good areas. I'm from LA. He also said don't go below South street, and that also the area around temple main campus is not that good. There's a saying in Persian/Farsi:"the more you pay, the more you eat." So yea, center city is a little more expensive because its more happening. But definelty lets keep in touch about the areas.
