The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom on the 19 floor with a patio at park towne place apartments (west tower)... the rent for my new roommate will be about $845.00/month with an additional fee for utilities (around $40-60 per month) and if they want a parking spot in the garage it costs an additional $175.00 per month.
